Loading ...Kate’s Family Disagrees And Speaks Out
Kevin and Jodi Kreider, Kate’s brother and her sister-in-law, are voicing their dissatisfaction with the TV show arrangements. In fact, I think if the TV show could be discontinued, they would be tickled pink. CBS’ The Early Show interviewed the pair, and they don’t beat around the bush when it comes to their nieces’ and nephews’ well being. They want what’s best for their family, and they don’t think TLC (or Jon and Kate, for that matter) does.
“TLC snatched this family out of their little lives and placed them into this fishbowl and provided contracts and freebies that they could not pass up. Therefore, now all of this is being played out, and the children are not the priority,” she [Jodi] said. “That is why we’re here. We want to call out for change.” (source)
Her brother and wife are just angry because they wasn’t given any money by Jon & Kate for the shows they were on…He needs to support his sister..she has enough to worry about now with a divorce, not about losing her family…..
I agree with Jodi. I”m going through divorce right now and its killing me. Emotionally, mentally and financially – its even HARDER on my two children. These 8 children deserve to mourn over the changes in their family privately. Not infront of the TV. The only reason the show is going on is becaseu KATE wants the free stuff and the money. If she were a regular gane – hearing of a reality show where the parents of 8 were going through divroce, I BET she would say the show should be canceled. She let money go to her head and to cloud her judgement, these poor babies are the ones suffering NOT KATE. Jon left this marriage years ago and I don’t blame him, he let her walk all over him.
I have a question for these two. They use to be on this show, wasn’t it explotation then? If not….then why not? Why is it explotation now? In my opinion the show went bad when Kate mistreated her husband…and for the whole world to see, and for her children to see. Now both of them….geesh, what a lagacy these parents are leaving for their children….so sad.
I think Kevin and Jodi are jealous of Kate’s fame and fortune. The TV show might have hurt the marriage. If anything has hurt the kids it’s Jon… I think he is a self-centered, egotistical, selfish person who only thinks of himself, he comes first not his children– thats just wrong!! Jon don’t say your there for your kids because your not. And these bimpo’s he’s dating, I think they have no morals or valves and someday some woman will cause them the same pain they have caused

My heart breaks for Kate, she needs all the love and support at this time to help her raise her 8 kids, this is not an easy job. God Bless

Jodi is absolutely right. Greed is a terrible thing. The show should have been canceled at least a couple years ago to let the family have a normal life and Jon and Kate could have worked out their problems themselves.
I HAVE WATCHED THE SHOW FROM THE START THEY MAY HAVE BEEN IN A FEW SHOW, I FOR ONE CAN,T REMEBER THEM. I DON,T UNDERSTAND WHY NOW THEY ARE SPEAKING OUT. I NEVER SAW HER FAMILY LIKE MOM&DAD EVER ON THE SHOW OR THEM THE KIDS ASKING ABOUT THEIR GRANDPARENTS WAS IT A SH SH THAT THEY WAS,NT ABLE TO TALK ABOUT THEM AT ALL. DON,T HER PARENTS KATE,S LOVE THEIR GRANDKIDS I LOVE ALL OF MINE I HAVE 5 YOU COULD,NT KEEP ME AWAY. BUT THEIR ARE TWO OF MY GRANDKIDS I DON,T SEE THEM IT,S NOT THAT DON,T WANT TO IT,S THEIR MOTHER ANY GRANDPARENT THAT HAS A EX-DAUGHTER IN LAW KNOWS WHAT AM TALKING ABOUT. I DO NOT THINK THE KIDS ARE BEING HURT BY THE SHOW, KIDS HAVE BEEN IN SHOW BUSNIESS FOR A LONG TIME NOW. KATE AND YES JON WOULD NEVER LET ANYTHING HAPPEN TO THESE KIDS THEY BOTH LOVE THEM VERY MUCH. I too hope that the show is cancelled…for the kids sake. Kate is a different person than when this show started…and I can not even bear to watch anymore. She is totally comfortable just being mean to people…..what is wrong with TLC that they are allowing this to continue. Everyone I know who used to love this show has quit watching over the last year, so I dont even personally know anyone who still watches. I dont think anything going on with her husband helps things either. They both seem to have lost sight of the priorities in their lives…those beautiful little children.
Everybody is pointing the finger at Jodi & Kevin. They are the only ones who are coming forward as a voice for these children! Give it a rest!
Remember…Jodi & Kevin didn’t ask to be compensated. TLC approached them about it and that’s when Kate went ballistic. I seem to recall Jodi & Kevin saying they weren’t in it for the money either. They were there for all the right reasons…as loving, caring family members who wanted to help.
TLC and Jon and Kate aren’t going to stop until everyone stops watching. Obviously they care more about the money and free things than how those children will be when their teenagers. We’ve banned TLC from our house and if everyone stops watching, maybe they will stop.
Kevin and Jodi should be ashamed of themselves. If they really cared about the kids, they would be supporting this family not talking about them on national TV! I think that everyone is still missing the point about the money. Imagine being Kate with a husband who can’t keep a job. She has eight children that need food,clothes, and education etc. I can imagine that at some point she was feeling desperate about how to provide for them. The show and the books have provided a way. And yeah, maybe it’s nice now to have nice things, who wouldn’t agree with that? Honestly? But, Her focus has always been the children! As far as how she treated Jon, of course she was harsh some times and she should have gone for counseling and tried to improve on her behaviour and relationship with Jon! But how would YOU look if you had camera’s following your every move? with 8 small children to look after? How many of YOU say harsh things to the people you love? I think Jon is showing his true colors now. He is selfish, immature and self centered. Kate could have apologized and changed her ways, but what Jon has done is irreversable!
kevin and Jodi need to just shut up, I seen the show when they where on it and it didn’t look like they cared about the 8 kids then,just the carmers… Kate has change she does act like a b”"”" and thinks she’s better than everyone,hey money changes everyone!!!!

When people get “on top” so to speak .There is always jealousy. Anyone in their position would have taken the fame and fortune. If Kevin and Jodi truly have issues about the children they should speak to Jon and Kate and not do interviews. Oh ..wait could it be they are just after some fame and fortunes for themselves? Looks that way to me.
I used to blame Kate too…I thought she was dreadful to Jon and I felt sorry for him..But watching reRuns, Jon was every bit as Nasty to Kate..He just wanted people to feel sorry for him…Well I do feel sorry for Him…I feel sorry when he wakes up and his family is no longer there…And when he realize he isn’t young anymore…….Come on…what young girl wants fat balding married man with a wife and 8 kids ..They are using him…..yep..I feel sorry for Jon.
