This is about my husband’s divorce from his previous wife. For four long years, this divorce drug on. My husband, Michael, was married to this woman for 25 years, they had NO children, and she only had sex with him 6 times in 25 years. He had three affairs during the marriage – one which was with me.
Michael was worth 3.5 million when this divorce began, and one year ago he filed bankruptcy. He has paid her in excess of $100,000 in alimony during the period up until the divorce was granted, as well as gave her all of the equity in the marital home so that she might have a place to live, he gave her a vehicle – also paid for – and she kept all of the furnishings in the marital home which totalled in excess of $60,000. Her home, her vehicle, her furnishings…all are paid in full. He was ordered to pay her alimony FOR LIFE of $1,000 a month, which after he went bankrupt, is one-half of his take home pay.
She has two doctors that say she is sick and cannot work, yet she has moved another man into her home, who is working, might I add, and her lawyer and the judge are both well aware of it – but we didn’t *prove* it the last time we went to court. So we are stuck – with no assets, and one half of our monthly income goes to [Michael's ex-wife] each month. We have two young babies, a mortgage and car payment. She has nothing – except she did receive over half a million of Michaels assets that were left in bankruptcy court. So she came out of it with half a million PLUS the alimony for life, and she’s got a new man to boot. He has been living with her for over a year now.
So that’s the story. This occured in Madison County, Tennessee, with Judge Morris (who happens to [have a very close relationship] with HER lawyer, Jimmy Butler).
[Michelle believes that people involved with the case have gotten a financial kickback as part of the legalized robbery of her husband.] Can’t prove it yet, but I am working on it. I am also writing a book about this case along with others that will be finished sometime this year.

uhhh, just so you know federal law states that no more than 25% can be taken from his pay.
Also, if he only makes $500 per month, that is below poverty. Poverty is like 16k a year. He is making 6k. Obviously, something is not adding up because I don’t see how a) he could afford to live (here you are on the internet) and b) that he is not on welfare.
Anyway, if everything is on the up and up, file for a reduction.
Sounds like bull to me! I have been divorced 2x and the second guy was abusive and I had proof and everything was divided equally! Yea right sex only 6 times in 25 years-either the man is a fool or a lier or both. If she was so awful why did he stay so long and with no children what kept him there? Several affairs, maybe he deserved whatever he got or didn’t get! Sounds like the new wife is just mad and why have 2 babies with this man if he is broke and no decent money coming in-she sounds like a fool or lier or both as well. Me doth think she is just trying to make some money off the public trying to sell her big fat lying book to the public1

Okay Jessica, re-read what she wrote. She said 1,000 dollars is one half of his monthly income, which would make his monthly income how much? 2,000!! Not 500… Good job. You people are harsh! EJ, maybe she loves her husband, maybe that’s why she married him! Not for money, that’s why you’ve been divorced two times. Can you say GOLD DIGGER????
Ok, he was worth 3.5 Million when the Divorce began. Where did all that money go? Why did he file for bankruptcy? She mentions the 100,000 and the worth of some of the material assets, but there is something definitely missing in this equation folks!
You would think that someone who’s worth 3.5 Million would have some investments bringing in some cash SOMEWHERE (maybe not, just sayin’). How did he go from being worth 3.5 Mil to bringing home $2000 / month? What does he do for a living? Maybe the $2,000 / month isn’t even from actually working!! Lots of holes here. The X wife is obviously ill or 2 doctors wouldn’t be confirming some sort of disability. What is her disability, why is she “sick”??
Something else here too, from “the other woman” who knows. It does not matter if another man moves into her home. The Alimony calculation only takes into consideration the spouse’s lifestyle that she’s been accustomed to during her 25-year marriage to this man.
Maybe she couldn’t have children???? … and that’s why they didn’t have any.
Not trying to stick up for anyone really. Just seems like there are a lot of unanswered questions.
Once a cheater always a cheater since he cheated with you doesn’t mean he is faithful to you. Wait till you get older and he trades you in for a younger model. Looks like to me he isn’t worth a crap. I wouldn’t have sex with a man who can’t keep his pants up it is no wonder she wouldn’t have sex with him wake up maybe he sucked in bed. You knew what you was getting into when you married him so quit crying Boo Hoo now. She deserves everything she is getting from her x husband in money he is the adulterer the cheater. Don’t think for a minute that just because he married you that his cheating ways will stop you wasn’t his first remmber and keep in mind that you broke up a marriage that you wasn’t the first he cheated with so I wouldn’t sit pretty thinking he will be faithful to you to. Tigers don’t change their stripes. Things might be ok for a while don’t keep your head in the clouds you where the other woman you know the signs of a cheater better than anybody. atleast you will be able to no the signs. Your children are suffering because of the both of you being a mistress and then marrying the cheater doesn’t give you the right to bring children into the world that you know right from the start that you can’t afford. His x wife deserves for him to pay out the butt. She deserves 25 years of his money. About time a Judge finally does his job. Get over it you knew what you was getting into before you married him so quit crying and take your medicine.
You wanted the man, you got him. The original got what she deserved, everything except the cheater husband.
