After hearing that Jon’s New York pad had been trashed right after Christmas, all fingers flew to point accusingly at Hailey Glassman. Their abrupt and distinctly unpleasant breakup during the holidays certainly made her a likely candidate as the trespasser, especially with rumors of yet another potential flame flaring up in Jon’s love life.

But Hailey vehemently denied any involvement in the vandalism, despite a signed note with her name on it discovered in the apartment. She and her lawyers are claiming that she was framed.

Originally Jon’s legal camp didn’t express any intent to press charges against Hailey, but now it seems like they’ve had a change of heart.   The scuttlebutt on the metaphorical street says that Jon intends to file a criminal complaint against his former flame.

This should get interesting.

“I love it. I think she looks amazing. I’m not gonna lie, she looks really good,” Hailey tells ET of the former “Jon & Kate Plus 8″ star’s new ‘do. “It’s ’80s meets 2010 — she has the party in the back and short in the front. She looks so much better now than she did three or four years ago.” (ET Online)

Who would have thought Hailey would have been so complimentary of Kate’s new “clean slate” look? Especially after all the cat fights that took place over the summer and fall. I guess the two have managed to put their past behind them now that both of them have suffered through putting up with Jon’s cheatin’ self.

Oh, and I just caught the price tag for Kate’s new hair. If you like the look, it will only put you back $7,000.

Yes, Jon’s posh pad is that trashed.

Pillows, clothes and furniture lie strewn about his apartment, all slashed and ruined. A nasty note that reads “Cheater” is pinned to Jon’s headboard with a knife.

And here’s the kicker. That note was signed by none other than Hailey Glassman.

Of course she claims that she didn’t do this and that someone must be framing her. In all honesty, she could have a point. She isn’t the only woman Jon has crossed in the last six months. And I don’t know about you, but I sure don’t hear about many vandals who sign their names on the evidence.

On the other hand, Hailey certainly has enough reason to be angry at Jon. In addition to all the womanizing ( I still have trouble associating that word with Jon Gosselin), Hailey recently hopped on Twitter to complain about Jon’s rent paying ethics:

“FYI That apartment everyone calls “Jon’s Apartment” was MY APARTMENT as well. We split rent! He’s been living off of my family and I,” she wrote.

“So get your facts right before you all assume. My family and I found out a week ago he’s been pocketing our rent money and not paying the rent!” (source)

That would give her reason to be mad at him.

What do you think, my dear reader? Could this criminal act be yet another tarnish on Hailey’s reputation or do you think she is telling the truth – that she has been framed?

Or was he?

It hit the internet airwaves that instead of getting in on some quality grandma-style turkey, Jon was spotted hitting the slopes in Utah for a little snowboarding. Yep, turns out people do actually travel to Utah.

I haven’t caught any word of who he might have been traveling with, or if he was definitely alone. But we do know who he definitely wasn’t with – Hailey.

The holiday weekend seemed to go fairly smooth for Kate. She had her eight children cozily tucked in to their 1.1 million dollar home. Reportedly both her bodyguard Steve Neilds and his wife and children joined the family. However, her brother and his family were not spotted.

Of course he dumped her shortly after she quit.

Kate 2.0 has managed to surface in the ocean of tabloid gossip a few times since her public fling – stretching that 15 minutes of fame as far as it will go. This little event should tack on a few extra  for her.

We will be hearing all three’s depositions on December 10th.

And Jon is not the only one TLC is dragging to court; Hailey and a few other post-divorce cling-ons get to join him in the honor.

RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively that Jon is required to appear December 14 in a Maryland courtroom when a judge will hear TLC’s motion for a preliminary injunction. And yes, it is likely that he will be questioned under oath about his outside income, statements about TLC and more.

TLC contends that Jon has violated the contract he signed with the network in several ways, including breaching their exclusivity and confidentiality clauses.

The Jon & Kate Plus 8 star will be going up against the law firm of Williams & Connolly, widely regarded as one of the best in the country.

Paul Gaffney, one of the firm’s partners, is the lead lawyer on the case and likely will have the opportunity to question Jon on the stand.

That should make for great theater, as Gaffney has already won the judge’s approval to depose six key witnesses, including Jon’s girlfriend Hailey Glassman, his lawyer Mark Heller, manager Mike Heller, Michael Lohan plus his bodyguard and his talent rep.

RadarOnline.com broke the news exclusively Thursday about the six upcoming depositions. And now we’ve learned that a slew of other potential witnesses against Jon are being lined up.

That should be interesting.

Will this be setting a precedent for all the future Gosselin holidays?

“I want to apologize to Kate in private. I’ll apologize to her for openly having relationships in the public eye. That was a huge mistake, because if she would’ve done that to me, I would have been extremely pissed off. Not because our relationship is over, it’s almost like a stab in the back. And now that I think about it, it was a very wrong thing to do. I definitely regret it.”

Yup, open relationships. Notice the “S” tacked on to the end of the word. As in, plural. Many. More than one.

Of course, up to this point, the only one who seemed to think that he was in only one relationship since his public divorce announcement was Hailey, so it’s not exactly news to us.

I have no idea what has taken this girl this long to figure out what the rest of us noticed a week after Jon became “single”.  She’s calling him a liar and saying that he’s been throwing “mantrums”. So…she’s still with him..why?

In yet another “exclusive” interview, Hailey will be talking with “The Insider” about her relationship with Jon and her desire “to be forgotten”. Like that’ll happen.

In September, we were told by the mother-daughter team that Jon used the male version of “Don’t worry sweetie, I’m on the Pill” line. He’s assured her that he had a vasectomy done soon after the sextuplets were born, so she didn’t have to worry in the slightest about getting pregnant. We have no confirmation one way or the other on whether or not this is true. But is that not one of the nastiest lines you’ve ever heard? Ick. My stomach’s turning just reading the line – I can’t imagine suffering the horror of hearing it.

Since that line didn’t send Stephanie running into the cold night, we can only start questioning her character. Then after allegedly sleeping with Stephanie 9 times, Hailey caught wind of the affair and left that jerk on the side of the road. Whoops. I mean, she actually just sat him down for a conversation to see if he had, in fact, slept with the babysitter. According to Stephanie, Jon asked her to lie to Hailey and deny ever having more than a professional relationship with the octodad. Hailey bought it and stuck with Jon, thus leading us to doubt in her character as well.

This month brings more Santoro snitching. But now the allegations have taken a darker, and much more illegal, twist. First she’s making comments about his weed habits, all the while claiming absolute innocence of any knowledge of the herb. She said he was “acting funny” and she didn’t know what could be wrong with him, and that she didn’t even begin to suspect marijuana until Jon made a comment to an unidentified friend about the quality of the “stuff”. Hmm. I guess the candy bars and Pop Tarts didn’t give it away.

I gotta say, I’m suspicious. I doubt that she really didn’t know what pot smelled like or how a stoned person looks. One trip to Walmart late Friday night can show you that.

But really, all we’ve heard from Stephanie up ’til this point is just smut. Just rumor mill, gossip grapevine fertilizer. And Jon gives us enough smut to last us until the end of the year.

But wait, there’s more.

Stephanie has also made the accusation that Jon confided in her and told her that he stole $100,000 from one of the couple’s bank accounts. Nice. Very smooth Jon. Was that a pickup line too? And, even worse, she’s claiming that he also bragged about hacking into Kate’s personal online accounts, such as her email and banking accounts. Whoa. If these are all proven true, Jon could be facing more than just some court hearing over missing money.

What a tool.
